Who?

Felicity Grove LLC provides services to an early intervention population, which is comprised of children up through Kindergarten age. We are passionate about helping young children and their families achieve successful communication and meaningful interactions.

Where?

Services are provided in your home or another natural environment, such as your child's preschool, child care or community setting in which we feel would help them to implement their developing communication skills. A parent, guardian or other adult caregiver is required to be present throughout the entirety of our sessions, evaluations or screenings.

Our region encompasses roughly a 10 mile radius from the Wilshire Pavillion/Publix shopping center in south Peachtree City, GA, including many portions of Southeastern Coweta County. 

Does Felicity Grove accept insurance?

Currently, Felicity Grove LLC is a private pay practice. We accept cash, check or online payments using a credit, debit or HSA/FSA card. Speech therapy is often an approved expense in Healthcare Savings or Flexible Spending Account plans. We are also able to generate a receipt for you to submit to your insurance companies for possible reimbursment. Please determine with your insurance company how their coverage of speech evaluation or therapy services is outlined. 

What happens if I cancel?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you and requires travel to and from your home. A late cancellation or "no show" leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another child/family. Felicity Grove requests 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your session time. We understand that illness can occur overnight or rapidly for young children and will extend grace for those situations. Full payment for sessions will be charged if the therapist shows up to a session and no one is home. 50% payment will be charged for cancellations that occur one hour or less before a scheduled session. If late cancellations are rescheduled within a week, the 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the fee for the rescheduled session.
